Sous Chef- Event/Conference venue

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a prestigious culinary team at a high- volume conference/event venue.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in high- volume environments
* Previous experience in event/banqueting or catering
* Passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed plates
* Flexibility
* Reliability and a strong work ethic

* Day time hours but some flexibility in the evenings is required
