Chef de Partie- £34k + tronc

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at one of London’s prestigious members’ clubs.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience of working in high-end, fine dining restaurant, hotel or Club
kitchens in a similar position
* Excellent knowledge of cooking British cuisine
* Flexibility to work on weekends/bank holidays
* A calm, can-do attitude- even when the heat’s on
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
